Its not personal, but work?

Have you ever used that phrase at work?

Have you come across folks at work who "confuse" work with "personal" criticism, or take it personally?

How professionally "lacking" are they, if they cannot differentiate work from being personal?

Work is work, and person is a person.

The same applies to most of you here.

Most of you fail to see the "post", and "jump upon" to reply to a "poster".

Very LOW EQ, hence IQ.

Wisdom is in seeing "the point", not at the color of the pants of the dude who is "pointing".

We need to Grow up,

Ability to differentiate "person" from "sin".

Ability to differentiate "lover" from "love".

And ability to differentiate "God" from an "atheist".

We mix up "qualities" with "people" that we come across with in our life experience, and think of that "quality" as same.

We need to differentiate.

For example, if I had a very close friend who back stabbed me - does not mean that friendship is bad.

Taken further - If I talked to a million "theists" who professed belief in God, but none appealed to me - does not mean that "faith" does not exist.

Politics is not about people, but about "agenda".

Each person MUST differentiate a "post" from the "poster".

Like "Aam Admi", a person who replies on this site is driven far more by the poster than the post.

To me, it is very unhealthy. For a site, religion, or a nation.

I think Merlot and you bw need to read the "message" again for its "meaning", if you are even "capable". Please "notice" the "double" "quotes" again? :-) Nothing is personal here dude, I hardly have time to live my own life, than to worry about your "intentionally misguided" "worries" on my "double quotes"!
