A MATTER OF TRUST

If you asked Mr. Wilson walking down the street why he needed two seeing-eye dogs when one would do, he'd smile meaningfully behind his dark glasses and say, "This is Junior, my young guide. The other one is Bullet who had been my eyes for over 14 years in whom I had entrusted my life. Ironically he now relies entirely on me in our morning walks to be his guide as he is totally blind from cataract. Isn't trust a most beautiful thing?"

Nice story GC. Makes you think and feel at the same time. Nothing like an old mutually trusting friendship. Smile

Yes. A little piece and lots of different emotions in it, when you think it through. age, love, trust, help, role reversals, and so on.

Wow, a heart-warming about one street dog helping another blind dog. Glad they were rescued from the shelter together and not put down.
