Hostess is no longer the Mostest. And that means some of its iconic foods could fast be on the way out, too.
The company, maker of a long string of consumer brands of snack cakes and breads that include Wonder, Dolly Madison, Drake’s, Home Pride and Butternut, announced Friday it’s suspending operations at its 33 plants around the U.S. as it begins to liquidate assets.

What is Cholla Bhathura?

Reminds of an ex-colleague of mine who used to refer to a particular South Indian restaurant called Chola as Chole.
Initially, I thought it has to do with his pronunciation but later discovered that he -adamantly and vehemently-believed it was Chole mis-spelled by the owners. No amount of convincing and even Wiki entry regarding the dynasty that ruled the south helped him change his view point.

He is indeed from UP. No idea about his relationship to Rashmun or river waters there.

Your colleague is absolutely right. The cholas named themselves after the appetizing chickpea dish they discovered on their northern campaigns. Likewise, Bengaluru is the Kannada translation of chole-town. You unpatriotic, separatist Madrasis have zero appreciation of your Northern Indian roots and NI-SI synthesis. When our Supreme Leader God becomes PM, we will eliminate all this narrowminded parchocialism and lingustic chauvinism by educating everyone in Hindi, forcibly if necessary. Hindu, Hindi, Hindustan forever! Bharat Mata ki Jai.

>>>The owner of the restaurant should have spelt it as Chozha.

May be it was the great R-man himself.

Was he working in Bangalore at that time? Was he providing translation services between non-hindi speaking tamil colleagues and hindi speaking security guards from NE ? If you answer yes to both the questions, then we have the purported real identity of R-man.
