Based on the security arrangements, I would think 'NO bail' for her...

I don't think she will get bail. Kanimozhi got bail only after 6 months, and she was just charge sheeted not convicted like Jayalalitha. Best thing she can hope for is spending her jail term in a hospital in Chennai for medical reasons..

There by she can remote control the government from within the hospital premises..

she was given special treatment in the jail too. breakfast from outside. only fruits for dinner/lunch. no jail uniform. tv in her cell. special accommodation (square footage wise). what's all the fuss about?

i vote no for bail.
