They will score 300+

When a team is at 200+ 4, then the last 10 overs add easily 90 to 100+ (unless it is India, when the last 5 wickets fold for 15 runs in 5 overs)

Yes You did. SL fielding seems to be what India's used to be a few years ago, helped England quite a bit.
