Foremost Goal of Life can only be to Travel?

I honestly and strongly believe that the foremost goal of life for a normal person (e.g. not suffering from brain cancer) is to simply travel this planet. It is NOT sex. It is not husband or wife or kids. Those are relationships as defined by Nature. But travelling this planet before you leave it, is a personal choice.

i hate travel. i hate hotels. i can endure it maybe for a week and then i long to be back home, in my cozy nest.
wonder if i have brain cancer.

How can travel be described as endurance? I guess to each their own.
Never slept on uncomfortable seats at the airport?
Never managed 3-5 days in the same pair of jeans/pants?
Never slept on the floor of an Indian train, inside house, or even railway station?
Never sat for hours on the floor while working on your laptop at the airport?
Its not endurance, IMHO.
It is the flexibility of mind to embrace both - a hard floor, or a well cushioned 5 star hotel room, or even your cozy nest! :-)

i have slept on the seats of airports when i was a poor grad student - had a 10 hour layover at amsterdam once en route to india.
never slept on the floor of a train or at a railway station. i have slept on mattresses laid on the floor inside a house, of course.
i have traveled enough - the wanderlust in me has died. now i travel only coz it is important for the kids to see the world. after a few days, i start getting weary and miss the comforts of home. there is no hardship in travel any more - just tired of eating out, packing bags etc. sun and sand places bore me. wilderness is good but again, only if there is a warm bath and comfortable bed waiting at the end of the day.

Thanks for sharing your experiences, and thoughts.
I am going camping dude, later this month. With 3 other families. To sleep in a tent, inside a sleeping bag.
You should try it, at least once.
