I have a theory on monomaniac love.......
Because Dr. PBUH had decided that women should cover themselves to protect from prying, evil eyes of men, women get dirty minds when they are in public and they stare at men. However, men get instantly horny if they see women without the burkha. So, when they approach their wives in the night, they become speedy Gonzales while the women get disappointed every time. So, to protect the men, the mullahs designed more ways to take the pleasure aspect out for women. They do operations on women and also make doggy style the common way of mountaineering. So, these women don't know what pleasure really is and all they know is how to be a slave when speedy Gonzales goes on millisecond mountaineering. So, the patented technology is designed to make women mechanical boink machines.

I disagree slightly. my own theory is that living in the desert heat with the tribal nomad culture of that part of the world, women crave light to extreme bdsm and dont treat their men right if denied light beating on a semi regular basis. it's all culture related. also it's common knowledge that nearly all muslim cultures value anal sex highly, infact most women give up the ass before the real goodies and are highly agreeable to giving greek pleasure.
