In particular, he claims, the CIA's view of Hussein's attitude to using chemical weapons was wrong.
 


He actually used chemical weapons against the Kurds many years before 2003. So that is not something they got wrong. 


Cheney and the neocons pushed the CIA very hard to "produce" evidence that would justify an invasion.
