Demonetization - what is happening? Empty Demonetization - what is happening?

Reports say that daily withdrawl limits were increased to 10,000 rupees. What does that mean? Is the cash crunch over? 

CD has no posts on Demonetization. 

We will have to wait for few more months to know the economic impact of demonetization. 

In my opinion, Modi govt's preparation and execution leaves much to be desired. However, Indian people gave Modi the benefit of doubt and it is remarkable that Indian people remained so calm despite this very disruptive policy.

Has Modi won this battle? Papers are suggesting BJP has a 50% chance of winning UP.
