confused the heck out of me. there was no specific timeline, they were flipping from day to light, air to sea, randomly, and i had no idea what's going on. to make it worse, i am face blind... so keep 3 men with same hair cut and similar faces infront of me, and the entire movie i would not know which one is which... plus was having trouble following long dialogs in brit accent. 

should have read all about the actual evacuation, and then maybe it would have made more sense sense to me. 

XH said this is the same guy who made memento... Aaah now it made sense.
