... sounds like a great idea, until you sit with someone you don't know that well, and realize within first 5 minutes of an hour long ride that they are horribly bad drivers.

had to google it.. cool, and yeah if a bad driver, lol. 

I hear traffic in DC area is super bad, so can imagine the benefits of wanting to go on HOV lanes.
