Two people were shot dead and 23 others were wounded across the city during 18 hours from Saturday to Sunday, which includes two separate quadruple shootings that took place on the West Side, according to police. Six of those people were shot within a 40-minute period early Sunday. Among those shot during that period was a 25-year-old woman who was killed in the Gold Coast neighborhood early Sunday, according to police.
