from google.. When Gerry (Gerard Butler), the husband of Holly Kennedy (Hilary Swank), dies from an illness, she loses the love of her life. Knowing how hard Holly will take his death, Gerry plans ahead. Beginning on her 30th birthday, she receives the first in a series of letters written by him, designed to ease her grief and encourage her to move forward to a new life.

probably one of the worst made movies i seen recently... the story probably was good, but could not connect to the way it was presented, or to the characters. But it's hard for me to give up on a story, so I continued. Still didn't like it, rather got more and more irritated by it when they showed them looking exactly the same in flashbacks. The only scenes that i could somewhat emote to were a couple of mother-daughter scenes, and one scene where she goes running to her mother and cries out loud, that made me cry too...
