Kerala is ruled by communists and it is a Southern sate. So, Mondi is using his BIMARU Hindian mind to harass the state. Rajnath Singh promised 100 crores, and after there was an uproar, Mondi increased it to 500 crores, but, they both showed that they don't really care about Keralites. Disgusting.....

It seem Modi has a hard time paying for natural disasters all over India (south, north, east and west), in addition to people asking him to fund 5-star capital cities for them.
