Actually I’m surprised there were no non Brahmin priests before. Maybe coz I have seen many non Brahmin astrologers and babas

in this era of dying traditions, people should be happy someone is fighting to keep the job, be it a dalit, be it a woman, be it straight, be it gay. They are taking the religion forward, and helping people stay in touch with it. Or else, it will all die out like the old Roman culture did
