Besides the cleaner streets and roads now, I also came across during my recent trip to India cleaner and better maintained washroom and toilet facilities in public buildings (banks etc.) with clean water and soap etc. for men and women separately. A couple of sample photographs (1 & 2: outside and inside of washroom / toilet, taken March 11, 2019) in the following of a clean and well-maintained washroom at a small bank in Kangra town (near Ansoli, in H.P.):
