I am super-pissed at the lack of law-enforcement, judiciary Lethargy, and basic Somalism under the grab of democracy.

Delhi - being the capital - is running rampant with lawlessness. Illustrated today's India. If you are somehow connected you will have everything and be safe, if not you are a football kicked all over the ground by everyone.
