I wouldn't live anywhere close to this place. You never know when Calgary (http://www.cnn.com/2013/06/21/world/americas/canada-calgary-floods/index.html?hpt=hp_t1) coming visiting here and this place becomes Katrina II.

Only looks good as long as it lasts, or doesn't get Uttaranchal or Calgary floods.
