Chocolate bread pudding with cranberry panettone this time.

looks very good and rich.

inspired by your previous pictures, i tried making it from stollen. it was a massive flop - both in presentation as well as taste. i had to eat a whole bowl of thayir sadam with mango pickle to get rid of its taste from my mouth. i got the typical polite comment of "interesting". decided to bin the whole thing. i didn't even show it to my kids. they aren't that polite.

My sympathies for the tale of the dead bread pudding! I don't think Stollen is such a great choice for bread pudding. This was the recipe I used:

Maybe you can try it with French loaf since Panettone season is more or less over.
