How much money is too much money?

What is your definition or "rich"? I'm talking strictly material wealth here. Please don't talk about spiritual wealth because I'm fully loaded with spiritual wealth and don't need any more of it!

Hmm, let's see... dunno the number, but at a high level:
1) No mortgage, no cc debts.
2) A main house; atleast one getaway (apartment in the city, beach house, cabin); and something in India.
3) Enough to buy any decent car without a down payment.
4) Enough to enjoy 3-4 decent travels/vacations with or without packages.
5) Enough to send kids to college.
6) Enough to support retirement with a pre-determined life style.
7) Enough to have decent amount of entertainment - dine outs, broadways, movies.
Enough to buy her decent sized jewelry 3-4 times a year. 9) Enough to have keeping-with-times fashion for all.
10) Enough to send to parents home, if they need it.
11) Enough to keep her maintenance up.
12) Enough to buy good gifts on occasions.
13) Enough to give to charity.
14) to be continued.....

Simple answer:
Today if you needed $X and if you have $X.10 then you have 10 cents too much becoz you do not know if you will be alive tomorrow. Period.

Simple- my definition - if your Grandkid's kids don't need to worry about their livelihood because you did good - that's too much frikkin money.
