making yogurt at home. boil the frikking milk, well that part is ok... but then you have to wait for it to cool down to just the right temp, i sometimes get impatient and put it on anyway, and i over-cool it at times too, and both the times it gets messed up ... then you have to r'ber to check hours later to put it in the fridge, and sometimes realize at that time how you didn't do it right. 

real respect for people who do this easily, week after week. Keeping the jars, etc clean. have the starter packet ready... and so on. I do this too, in phases, but it slips out of my system soon. Well, last week i bought a glass jar and a starter pack, so hopefully i make this a decent hobby... let's see.
