boeing has offered to set a plant in india to manufacture f 18 fighterjets at 1/4 th cost of each rafale . instead of only 36 hyperexpensive rafales we get 150 f 18s . 

i say scrap the rafale deal and go for f 18 .

As long as Uncle Sam won't create trouble if India goes to war with Pakis.

In the article the guy is alluding to F16s, not 18s. F16s are old technology.
