this album came out three years ago and i've been reluctant to even give it a listen because of my skepticism of a fusion effort sounding credible. this is my first foray into checking this album out. i think it works quite well except for kanyakumari's violin a little more than midway through this piece. give it a listen.

not bad at all! listening to it now, at arnd 3:33 and it is picking up tempo that I'd like to hear.

max, Thanks for posting this.
actually I love KK's violin- always did with Kadri- in many ramanavami concerts in BLR, when they alternate, there are times it was difficult to discern which instrument was playing..both can be subtle or strong and be very imposing..

kutta sir, i like KK's violin just fine. i just said it didn't work very well with this ensemble of musicians.
