The Republican congress even if they won't outright oppose Trump yet, have decided they're not going to make it easy for him.
They've just made a deal with Democrats on new Russia sanctions. The more Leper wants to make nice with his daddy Vlad, the more American people and their congress are digging their heels in. Nice!
And that sets up a fight with congress for Donny. The pressure from Vlad to veto it, and the domestic optics if he decides to veto it must be really hard. Rock|Donny Leper|Hard Place.

Obamacare repeal is dead.
The wall is unfunded.
Tax reform is still being drafted.
Republicans in both houses are voting to take away his authority to remove sanctions.
No wonder he is panicking and talking about his pardon powers. And his supporters are focusing on last year's losing candidate again!
