[*]It depends on the definition of 'publish'? Is it publishing to the other colleagues/employees/or general public? What if they access VPN or any other remote login where their work computer is indirectly used? It is like using your personal email. Accessing personal email such as Hotmail/yahoo mail is forbidden by quite a few companies. So if they want to restrict they should have good blocking mechanisms (for any public site) and if a good lawyer with a wealthy client  can make the case either way..

I work from Home, on my office laptop and a Chromebook.

Most people these days, work on more than 1 device at a time. 10 year olds today work on their Macbook Pro, iPhone at the same time when they respond to their parents with "Ok Mother!", or "Ok Dad!" without listening to a word you said.

Multi-tasking, on Multiple-devices is a "norm" in 2017.

Hope that helps, whats coming with next generation :-)
