Of course.... He is telling the conservatives to get on the band wagon and gain the goodwill of the hispanics by supporting the bill - and they will be grateful to repubs for generations with their fertile numbers.

He should propose free immigration to Indians and allow 4 wives, and see what happens to the US population.
