Were the Sikhs correct about Indira Gandhi being a Hitler?

Were neo-cons correct about Sadaam Hussain being a Hitler?

there is one difference in the case of Modi. Repeatedly Modi has made it clear to everyone that he believes in RSS ideology. And the top RSS ideologue Guruji Golwalkar was an admirer of Hitler's policies:
