"It was most probably from Tamilakam that, during the reign of Solomon (about BC 1000) "once in every three years, the ships of Tarshish came bringing gold and silver, ivory, apes and peacocks." The names of the last two objects Kapim and Tukimas found in the Hebrew Bible are the same as those still used in Tamil, that is, Kavi and Thokai." - V. Kanakasabhai (From a series of articles "The Tamils Eighteen Hundred Years Ago" that were published in Madras Review between 1895 and 1901.

What do you expect a Christian author to say? He is implying that Christianity should be a "natural" alternative to hinduism for all Tamils due to its 3000 yr "connection."

Why do you post on matters in which you are ignorant off? Author Kanakasabhai was a Saivaite Hindu.

Why do you expect everyone to know about Nalankili, KanakaSabhai or Khan Bhai ? Did you mention that he was a Saivite?

So, I am free to assume whatever I think.
