Is Telangana becoming the rape state in SI?

Now that AP is being split into T and AP, let us be friendly to CONmen and more accurate in reporting news from the two "states".
Two Telangana people abduct an IT techie from Hyderabad, drive her to a nearby district in Telangana and rape her.

Hopefully, she is a Kamma girl from Vijayawada. These beastly acts happen everywhere - Telangana, Bangalore, SA, Delhi, or anywhere. Please confine all discussion/opinions to the ongoing politics in the area.
