The accused was booked under IPC sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 452 (house-trespass alter preparation for hurt, assault or wrongful restraint) and 345 (wrongful confinement). The accused claimed that he had gone to Haasan's residence to seek job for his brother, but before he could say anything, the actor got scared and banged the door, police said.

The accused also claimed that he had no intention to scare her.

of course...this is a very serious crime compared to the simple "fingering banter" indulged in by Tejpal.
