As an aside on Gladwell, in 'The Outliers' is he pretty much excluding innate talent as one of the major prereqs for success? I agree with quite a bit of what he says about the other factors, but no matter how many hours you play basketball, without the inner spark, you are not going to be Michael Jordan. Sorry about the digression here.. maybe I need to go back and read the book again.
