And it starts all over again..the tragedy, conspiracy theories-questions...endless coverage..and in this e-era..funny lines and comments galore, as well.

Sure, and away from TV too.
But..it's not easy to avoid and escape completely..I was reading about the Microsoft layoffs on CNN, when the "breaking news" appeared..followed by all the social media news feeds about this news..started to pop up.
I did not plan to come to this forum today..but, I did! Wanted to post this news..since I participated in previous Malaysian jet crash-news thread..but, you beat me too it!

I took about 20+ flights in June and this far in July.
I must say that I sometimes think during different times on flights, "Is this the one"?
I know that's the only way I'm going to die, so keep watching for such news.

20 flights in two months? you travel to client sites or what?

yeah I dont watch CNN anymore, cant stand those personalities and breathless recycling of news like I'm supposed to care. nice to see you too

Must say that despite being in air frequently, take-off, touch-downs are anxious moments. I have spoken to many crew members about my feelings and they say they are now use to and also, they have to appear calm to passengers.
