Re: Instant Turn-Offs
pan parag (though i'm guilty of the habit), bad breath and bad hygiene are BIG turnoffs across sexes. my wife's a kind woman.
i'm surprised you get pan parag in the south nutmeg. i had thought it is banned in most states (not here).
p.s. no, this is not a welcome to you to lecture me about the ill effects of the habit or to entreat me to stop it. i know it is harmful and cancerous. if you really care, come over, lock me in a room, and make me quit. a ha, got you there!

What about chewing Zarda? That's a bit more upscale, I presume. Does that turn you on?

I'm turned off by a female in a burkha (no religious offense intended...purely for humor)

you guys are talking about just chewing pan parag or what? come on, that is not a turn off, not for me. that's the equivalent of chewing pan. of course, i had meant with tobacco.

Mustache.
I second that. Even I can't tolerate a mustache on a female.

I dont mind a hitler's moustache or a landing strip/mohawk down there. as long as the surrounding area is clean.

Women want a man with a stable income and decent home where she can get pregnant and raise babies.

What did I miss?....a man who appreciates good cooking and a clean house?

About 20-30 years ago, most parents began equipping their daughters with means for getting a stable income and making a decent home themselves. They forgot to teach their sons that they gotta provide more than just this if they need to keep a marriage.

Those were simple turn offs.... supposed to be a lighter topic... marriage is a bigger topic and hence I guess we should take it out of scope of this thread.
But to that point, in this age, both men and women need a companion. Just like an average man prefers a women who can add to the family's income, he can also think of how he can share some of the stuff she cares about, along with sharing child care, not just with money or when conveneint, but a more dedicated help. Most women are just happy with keeping kitchen and house clean, occasional laundry help. It's not that hard.
