Religio-political leanings of forum members

Fair warning: I am gonna be a presumptuous asshole in this thread.

Hindu male members of this forum: Most guys on this forum are obviously Hindu. They are pro-India, pro-Hindu to various degrees, and are against the intolerant and damaging philosophies, practices of Islam, Christianity, and various shades of commies, which they express with varying degrees of assertiveness.

Hindu female members of this forum: Most of these people are simply not so interested in the religio-political topics. They would rather discuss relationships, lunch menus, movies, etc. But when pressed or pushed, even they turn out to be mostly pro-India, pro-Hindu just like the Hindu male members. One or two female members are a little more assertively pro-Hindu than others. It's fun to see them slap around Doucheman and Confused Douche aka Mulla Reddy.

Older Syrian Christian gentleman: One of the few members of this forum who is obviously and openly a non-Hindu. He is a classic child of Macaulay and Jokerlal Neguru. He thinks he is an independent thinker. But he is helplessly and hopelessly a product of the ecosystem in which he was educated and grew up. Even his anti-North Indian stance is more a conditioned behavior than a well-thought out rational one. If by chance he was born and brought up in a Tambram family of the old decades, it is very easy to imagine that he would have turned into an intolerant, casteist brahmin supremacist. Or, into a virulent leftist like some of the brainwashed Tambrams who started reading The Hindu even before they learnt the alphabets.

Older Tamil Kishtian girl: Another forum member who is obvious and openly a non-Hindu. Tries to avoid getting into controversial topics merely to smile and get along well with everyone. But make no mistake, while outwardly she is smiling and getting along well with everyone, internally she subscribes to all the same Christian philosophy that looks down on Hinduism and all other religions, the same philosophy which believes it is the only valid one in the whole wide world.

Doucheman: Wannabe Mughal. Most probably NI male who is fascinated by the culture, language, practices of the foreign Islamists who conquered his land and people in North India. Hundreds of years ago some of the NIs started trying to dress, talk, eat and behave like the conquering foreigners. Doucheman is just their latest descendant. What he doesn't know is that if he lived in the old days, dressed up like a Mussu and offered his services at the Mughal palace, they would have grabbed him, relieved him of a few "personal assets", and employed him as a slave in their harem.

Confused Douche: Macaulay putra and wannabe Nawabi. There are some rumors that he might be a mulla, but I am not sure about that. FlimFlam sometimes talks about Telugu people who want to be NIs. CD is a similar case, only he doesn't want to be a NI. He wants to be a Hyderabadi mussu. Rest of his religio-political leanings are a result of India's Macaulay education system and media.

Harlot Daruwali: Rumors are that he is gay and Christian, or wannabe Christian. His religio-political leanings are informed by this strange gay-Christian synthesis, and also his fear of going out after 8 PM, about which he constantly talks seeking empathy and understanding from other males but is usually ignored. He also seems to have an underlying misogynist attitude evidenced by the pleasure he derives from reports of violence against women, preferably by Islamist males.

Resident Tamil supremacist: tearing hair out

The Professor: Obviously Hindu male who admires and enjoys most products of the Hindu culture and heritage. By all accounts, he should have been pro-Hindu like the other Hindu males on this forum. Except that unlike the other males, he is in academia. Most other Hindu guys of this forum work in the corporate world where religio-political leanings almost never come up and are not a factor for acceptance/success at the work place. Being able to play office politics is the key for them. Unfortunately for the professor, the academic world is a lot more concerned about people's personal religio-political leanings. As such, over a period of many years, the professor has had to acquire what he thinks is a "neutral, open-minded, rational" religio-political outlook in order to be accepted and respected in his professional circles. But like many academicians, the professor is totally blind to his blind spots. The only reason the professor is not an out and out red commie of the JNU variety, signing anti-India, anti-Modi petitions, etc. is because he is in the STEM field and not in Humanities. Thank god for small mercies. If the professor had grown in the Humanities side of the academia, this forum would have been insufferable.

The Admin: Newer generation product of the Macaulay and Neguru systems. Not much unlike the older Christian gentleman, he is also a brainwashed product of the systems which made him, and he doesn't even know it. The brilliance of this matrix is that it causes the people who are caught in it to think that they are actually outside of it and exercising independent thought, while they are hopelessly trapped in its paradigm. A good future recruit for the NGO cottage industry which will oppose Modi's re-election bid in 2019.
