.......Didi has started making excuses and grounds for anarchy as she realizes her impending defeat at the net WB polls. Looks like West Bengal is competing with UP for backwardness....

What a fall from 1970 and what a shame. High time MP and Rajasthan are removed from the BIMARU group and include West Bengal and Telengana and call it.
