as the table shows , russia has a rising muslim population just like india . 

but russia is a quasi dictatorship unlike india . 

in india which is a democracy , the need to depend on muslim votes makes every political party bend over backwards to appease the muslims . as muslim population rises , the danger that islam may take over society rises .

but putin and his likes have no need to appease islam , as they are not dependent on islam for political survival . 

should india go for russian style quasi dictatorship to handle the problem created by rising muslim population ??
