Trump likes to define any of his serious opponents in a way designed to lower their stature. Jeb Bush was 'Low Energy'. Marco Rubio was 'Little Marco'. Ted Cruz was 'Lyin' Ted'.

And now he is continuing the tactic with Clinton. He uses the phrase 'Crooked Hillary' in his tweets whenever he refers to Clinton. I wonder whether he will use this phrase in the debates to try and unnerve her.
