aside : those pics ain't finessed? looks too young to have the wedding/engagement ring on in the late 80's and early 90's. but then the poor man has disproportionately aged since presidency; dubaiya too - tough job maan, waking up at the crack of dawn everyday etc.,

Obama-Soetoro was registered as a Muslim Indonesian at school when he lived in the Far East with his mother and Lolo Soetoro.

1) he was young and under the influence of adults in his life. when he was older and could choose for himself, he has chosen to be a christian. this is not different from piyush jindal, who was raised a hindu by hindu parents and became "bobby" jindal, a christian, in adulthood.

2) if he is muslim, what of it? does the american constitution bar muslims from running for the highest office in the land?

It doesn't. If it did, Obama wouldn't be President. However, that's besides the point and whether one considers Obama to be a Muslim or not is their choice.
The point that the Fox news guy is making is this:

"Newly unearthed photos of President Obama in Muslim garb underscore his deep ties to the faith -- and possibly help explain his reluctance to call out radical Islam, Fox News Channel’s Bill O’Reilly said Wednesday."

I personally don't care what religion he practices publicly or privately. But I do care about his subdued responses to Islamic terrorism.
