Round one goes to Clinton
... unless you are reading ONLY Fox News hahaha
that may not mean much... remember Romney 2012. Hope the momentum continues. He can go around making all kinds of tweets and blabbering in all kinds of press conferences, he was rightfully put on the defense by the much deserving, prepared, and sharp opponent. And that will be the case if he does manage to win this election. All that big talk will vanish once he has to take ANY policy through its course, and he is put in a room full of seasoned 'politicians', his biggest enemies.

CNN is the one which claims that. CNN:democrats::Fox:Republicans. Can't trust either of them.
Different online polls give a different story. Trump has an edge over Hillary in those polls.
Will see.

The opinions and analyses of individual reporters may not be reflective of the perception of the public. The last time I checked, even the NBC polls were tilting quite a bit towards Trump. Of course, the online polls are not scientific.
We'll see how it all unfolds.

Can't find the link to NBC Polls that are tilting towards Trump.
this one is pretty comprehensive as to collecting different opinions, reactions, and studies.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/powerpost/paloma/daily-202/2016/09/27/daily-202-why-even-republicans-think-clinton-won-the-first-debate/57e9b033e9b69b3019a1e037/
And this article lists the facts behind online polls like Drudge Report that Fox News quoted:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2016/09/27/no-matter-how-garbage-the-poll-if-it-shows-that-donald-trump-won-the-debate-hell-endorse-it/
Finally, this is what Fox news ended their article, that they titled as a trump's online victory, with
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/09/27/online-polls-declare-trump-debate-winner-despite-media-consensus-for-clinton.html
Edward Panetta, professor of communication studies at the University of Georgia and director of the Georgia Debate Union, said Trump got out of the gate fast, but then struggled.
“While Donald Trump was strong in the first 20 minutes of the debate he faltered badly as the debate progressed,” Panetta said.

PS: It was pretty obvious that Trump started off well wrt economy and then went downhill after that. I said the same here last night. Hillary was well prepared AND is a seasoned politician. He's a novice in this arena. How well the scripted sweet speeches and attacks are going to go down with the public is to be watched.

Re: Round one goes to Clinton
The problem with Trump is not just his policies. His campaign style is probably the worst in the past 30 years. He has no core beliefs. He gravitates to latest crowd pleasing idea and mouths off whatever looks momentarily appealing. Later on he tries to justify that nonsensical uttering with some meaningless generalities.
His campaign is about nothing ( remember Seinfeld show). Unfortunately Trump is not funny. He is irritating and disgusting. He is more of a used car salesman than a politician. The anti Clinton people have selected a terrible candidate to beat her.
If Trump wins, foreign policy errors may not be the biggest problem for USA. His election would have destroyed American election system that prides itself on a rigorous presidential election process that eliminates weak and uninformed. GW Bush dented that image once and Trump will destroy that institution.

Not even Fox news executives want to back that up
http://www.businessinsider.com/fox-news-online-debate-polls-trump-drudge-2016-9
A Fox News executive sent a memo to television producers and the politics team on Tuesday afternoon reminding employees that unscientific online polls "do not meet our editorial standards."
....
The only scientific survey conducted in the debate's immediate aftermath was the CNN/ORC instant poll, which showed that viewers thought Hillary Clinton handily defeated Trump. Respondents to a Morning Consult poll released Wednesday also said, 49% to 26%, that Clinton bested Trump in the debate.
......
Since the memo was issued, however, some Fox hosts have continued to cite the online polls, often failing to even note such polls were unscientific and conducted over the internet
