Re: Gauri Lankesh shot dead
Is it a good thing or bad? Looks Like India, under Modiji's leadership, has made quite a progress on this front.

Going by this logic, Trump bears no responsibility whatsoever for the revival of white supremacist organizations.smArtha wrote:confuzzled dude wrote:Is it a good thing or bad? Looks Like India, under Modiji's leadership, has made quite a progress on this front.

CD: looks like Naxalites are the ones who might have killed Gauri Lankesh!!! So, CONmen and the other Sikular perverts will now stop talking about her and move on to the next issue that may fetch some votes.

Talking about Trump and Modi on comparative terms is another MB linking act. What Trump owns or disowns or how he behaves has nothing to do with Modi. They are two completely different individuals with completely different ethical/value systems, motivations, strategy and execution. Trump cares more for himself and his image and will do anything for it even if it means selling the Nation. In this sense we can compare Trump to the Nehru family and its boot lickers. Modi cares for his Idea/Vision of India its Culture and Progress and will do anything towards that. The former is absolutely and wholly self-centered and the latter just wants to be the leader to make his Vision of the Nation happen. You cannot build a Nation (whichever way) with Trump as that is not at all his goal. You can do so with Modi. Granted that some folks may have a different Vision of what India should be or not. But if you can convince Modi wholly that your Vision of India is better than what he is aspiring for then it can be guaranteed that he will be working towards that. The same cannot be said of Trump as he has self interest at the core of his vision/plans/action.
PS: I'm not expecting that you'll get all this with your MB mindset. But I lose nothing in trying.

I didn't expect any better reply from a bhakt of a lifelong right-wing nutcase. I lose nothing in trying to educate that educated-class-full-of-double-standards.smArtha wrote:confuzzled dude wrote:Going by this logic, Trump bears no responsibility whatsoever for the revival of white supremacist organizations.smArtha wrote:confuzzled dude wrote:Is it a good thing or bad? She was vilified on two fronts. She dared to take on the powerful Bharatiya Janata party (BJP), currently ruling most of India. She criticised them and their cohorts for attacking minorities and creating a culture that enabled lynching, mob violence and hate crimes. She also defended Dalit rights, provoking the ire of many dominant-caste Indians across the political spectrum.

A Bhakt is someone who is happily, whole heartedly and willingly in a situation. Even if the said situation seems painful or uncomfortable to the others, a Bhakt by his own experience is deriving pleasure due to the Higher Cause that he cares for than immediate comfort zone. Soldiers are Bhakts of a Nation who suffer extreme conditions safe guarding the borders and as well as sacrificing towards that cause.
On the other hand a slavish lapdog is perpetually depressed and suffering and yet compulsively boot licking it's Masters. Even if it is suffering such life (by its own experience) it's unable to free itself from it's compulsive slave mentality. It is because of such compulsive suffering, it also looks forward to periodic OdArpu as that is the only good time it can ever experience in its life. It is crystal clear who on this forum who such slavish lapdogs and their Dynastic OdArpu Masters are.

#1 Telugu idiom which is used when someone quotes two uncorrelated events to unfathomably justify a causal relationship between them. Like something happened on my knee (mOkAlu) due to my tonsured head (bOdi gundu).
#2 OdArpu => console (someone on their suffering or loss). Jagan Reddy in Andhra is known for his OdArpu yAtras. He started this as a way to connect to his political constituency after sudden death of his Father (YSR) that 'allegedly' resulted in a few suicides across the state. He soon became a laughing stock for repeating these yAtras even after many years of YSR's death.
