I do not want dems (politicians that is, not us regular folks) to overplay this because of the off chance that Broidy did indeed have an affair with this woman. That will allow Trump to play the victim nicely. Let the truth come out of its own accord.

I honestly don't care about his serial adultery. I am not an evangelical who presumes to judge neighbors and politicians by my moral beliefs. I do care about his actions in office -- including lying while in office about his past affairs and hush-money payments made on his behalf.

Democrats need to focus on ideas to improve the lives of ordinary people, and holding the rich and powerful accountable for their actions. They will make a mistake if they make the Mueller investigation a key part of their midterm platform. They should definitely fight to hold Trump and the Republican leadership accountable for any collusion with Russia in the last election, but that's not a good campaign issue in my opinion.

I don't give a shit about his adultery either, but this and so many other revelations today about Russian oligarchs, AT&T, and Novartis funneling $ into Cohen's account reeks of influence peddling, bribery, and much worse. This is the definition of swampiness.

You are right. I hadn't caught up with that news yesterday. The level of corruption in this administration is putting African dictators to shame.
