The CAG is on crack. First it cooked up that nonsensical 1.76 lac crore number, applying 3G auction rates on bandwidths given out a decade ago when mobile penetration was non-existent and the policy was explicitly designed to make mobile telephony accessible to all. Seeing how those numbers were lapped up by a hypocritical, opportunistic opposition, a retarded media incapable of hard analysis and a gullible middle class which readily believes the worst about its politicians, these jokers have now come up with another bunch of reports all with fantastic arithmetic jugglery, completely unmindful of the ground realities. As with the telecom tragedy, instead of focusing on individual acts of malfeasance and corruption, the policy itself will now be reversed and our coal and power industry will go down the tubes permanently scaring off any investors in these sectors. And then they will sit around in a zillion TV panels and wonder why investments are slowing down in India. But atleast the commies, socialists and gandhians will be happy. Their great dream will come true. As growth disappears, inequity will reduce as everyone gets poorer. Mera Bharat Mahaan.

So the scams are not bjp and rss's imaginative dreams. They came out of constitutional arm of indian govt. Let us look at history. If CAG exposes a bjp or other opposition govts misuse of funds then sonia lapdog digvijay and congress can jump on them. But if the same professional govt organ states that mms sonia regime wasninvolved in another scam the secularists suddenly remember ground realities. After expose after expose force the relu tant non corrupt PM to order arrests of govt cabinet ministers ex raja and cmg chairman kalmadi one should again remember ground realities.
so the logic is those who e pose and oppose corruption prevent investment in India. Those who commit the massive fraud and those who protect them by inaction should not be criticized. Sonia and mms are supporting these scams so that corrupted money can come back as international investment.

Instead of empty partisan rhetoric, why don't you spend some time reading up on the issues so you can atleast sound a bit educated? Take the example of Arcelor-Mittal, one of the supposed beneficiaries of this "massive fraud". They got two captive coal blocks allocated for the three steel plants they were planning to build in Orissa, Karnataka and Jharkhand. The total investment was estimated to be Rs 100,000 crore. And then, six years later, their plans have gotten nowhere because of local opposition to land acquisition and red tapism. Little wonder they're now losing interest. To add insult to injury, the coal ministry wants those coal blocks back. So that is the supposed massive benefit they got. And the CAG's arithmetic around the loss is basically arrived at by calculating revenues from coal production during the four year period if they had not been idle in Arcelor-Mittal's custody. Very sensible, no?

So you want to tell the CAG professional how to do their job? CAG also follows certain rulez set up by constitutional bodies. If you have a problem with those rules you should be co.plaining to them.
Your effort to cloud Cag's independent non partisan reports as naive is arrogant. But it was more designed to confuse facts and provide political breathing space for an ineffective and corrupt mms regime.
If your education did not help you see the obvious corruption in 2Gscam ccg scam adarsh scam and now coal scam you have a comprehension problem.
