With the latest available tech gizmos that lets one know what you are thinking even before you do, you gotta wonder:

How finely tuned should a PR machine be, to move a tanker-sized loosely fitting Lego juggernaut, exactly where you want it to be, to cross the Panama Canal of subliminal messaging to bring up the turnout, so your man can not only be a legend but also an underdog, for pensioners and war widows to root for him, for... he needs "help"?

- to place Times pieces that all but scream "this ain't over yet, till the fat lady sings"
- to maneuver a Clinton masterpiece knowing fully well it would set the bar pretty high for today
- to mobilize the middle-class, "our man is in trouble, unless you pull for him"
