Actually, they are stupid thieves.

Look at MK - Starting with Veeranam to 2G (bet he took a huge cut) - he comes out free.

And these marans and Kanomozhis have been ministers for just 5 years and they are caught red handed.

I would call these Intelligent Idiots.
