Oh that's the "essence" of democracy. The majority always has its way - a little too literally in this case. It's not very different in our own shining India. And to paraphrase our own champion of people-power, TBT, the people of Pakistan have awakened to their awesome power and we should applaud this blooming of their collective consciousness. Ignore the cynics and the status-quoists. Admire instead the raw people power and adore it.

it is amusing to observe your intellectual gyrations to defend the indefensible. You only conform biased nature of your arguments.
1. Once again you have no harsh words for the inability of islamic society to adjust to the multi religious reality around them.
2. You direct all your fire power against such posters. To make this another verbal spat between posters instead of a discussion.
3. You knowingly confuse the characterization of mob of religious goons as peoples power. You compare the islamic extremists who are fully supported by a non acting govt as the same as ordinary citizens protesting an inept govt for action against crimes against their daughters. That is similar to equating osama bin laden to martin luther king jr.
4. What you call mob action has given a chance to india to show it still has people who care and will step outside their safe confines to fight for human dignity.
some introspection is over due.
