Why is it a problem?
The parents are wealthy.
They spend $30,000 in America. That is money flowing into the American economy.
This is nothing but racism against the Chinese.

I would rather prefer a poor mexican pregnant woman cross the Rio Grande and give birth to a new baby, giving the child a citizenship.
The real reason, I think, are status and a potential safe haven for their child in case things go wrong. Should the chinku economy tank or political issues become nasty, the rich parents can (try to) escape to America with whatever wealth they had obtained.
You may even believe a Koranist but never a Chinese.

hahaha... remember every people is racist - it is just biology. one should curb that as much as possible and prevent its practice. But, the Chinese believe in oneness and take pride in their homogeneity - of course, to them the Tibetans and the Uighars dont count as humans.
To think Tamilians are superior to the Naarthies is also racism. Be it based on one language, one people or multiple angles - it is still racism. But, as long as you dont practice it at work place or daily dealings then that is your business.

>>>There could also be the fear of more 2400 scores on the SAT 18 years from now from people who will also qualify for financial assistance.
