For some reason this reminds me of some points I read recently in a book on yoga published around 1970s.
Dont eat the food which was prepared/cooked yesterday even if it tastes like nectar.
Even if the world is ending, never eat if you are not hungry.
Do not eat not more than twice a day.

** i try to not eat more than twice a day when i am on a diet liek now. my third meal cuz i get hungry is usually comprised of yogurt/bananas/pear/toasted tofu.
** my new rule is, i can have bad food whenever someone else offers it to me: if i'm at a party and they have mousse or cookies or etoh, i can have it. if someone offers me chocolate, i can't refuse it. i can't buy it myself howeevr until i regain my normal complexion. there were some studies that disproved any link between acne and junk food but i don't buy it. i was not good these past several weeks eating junk food constantly, and now i have acne which i haven't had in a really long time.
