The truth of the matter is kashmiris whether Hindus or Muslims are racists and look down on the dark skinned SIs.

I used to work with a kashmiri called Dhar. Mr. Subba Reddy from Andhra was our manager. Dhar used to refer to Mr. Reddy's wife as "kaalia".
