only reason why most universities in USA have so many Indians and other
races is because of their diversity policies. Every university wants to
portray itself as progressive and open minded - so they diversify their
students racially. If an Indian is studying in University of
California, then he actually took the seat of a native American because
Univ California or any other university has no OBLIGATION to educate the
non-Americans. It is their generosity. Just like how IITs or IIMs have
no obligation to educate Pakistanis or Bangladeshis. Indians are
opportunists and want ready-made developed environment instead of
developing it.
