Group online ordering at Chipotle. Gone are the days when the junior most member of the team has to go around gathering lunch orders from each person and then place the combined order online / phone it in. Chipotle lets you create a group online order where each person can pick their own, and the orderer pays and picks it up. Very cool.

I've been using the 'order online' feature for quite a while.....

It isn't really new....(unless you are speaking anthropologically).

It may not be new... I just found it out today when a new team member send me this invite to order online. Do other restaurants have this group online ordering feature?

Yes they do. The best way to validate this is by visiting the restaurant website. You can use Google search feature to find the restaurant website. I know for a fact that most restaurants accept group orders over the phone.
